Craig DiCecco

President and Senior Appraiser

Mr. DiCecco has been in the valuation profession since 1997, and is the founder of the firm. He holds a Master degree of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.  Mr. DiCecco’s experience includes real estate valuations, market studies and consulting services for residential properties.  He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Appraisal Institute (SRA designated member), the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and other service/community organizations throughout the area.

Judith (Jann) Poulos

Residential Appraiser

Ms. Poulos has been active in various aspects of the real estate industry for over 25 years. She has a bachelors’ degree from Florida State University with experience in professional positions with the State of Florida, real estate sales, litigation support and active in the appraisal industry since 2005. Ms. Poulos is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce. She is a Board Member of the Bay Crest Civic Association and active in the Tampa Bay community.
